Mrs Hanning, a sweet elderly lady, lives alone in a large country house in the middle of the English countryside. She has been inviting a range of different people into her large country house for many years now - the strange thing is, when people enter they never leave. One sunny afternoon Dean and Colin, two carpet fitters from Cupid Carpets, arrive at the house with instructions to fit carpet in the hall, stairs and landing.
Shortly after arriving at the house and getting to work, things take a turn for the worse. Colin gets caught up in one of Mrs Hanning's traps and ends up underneath the house in a strange, dark cave system that contains the remnants of ripped clothes and old body parts. It's not long until Dean ends up down there too and they both realise they are not alone.
From the shadow enters Mrs Hanning's cannibalistic son, Charlie. A huge, disfigured man who clearly spends his time feeding on the people his mother traps down there for him. Colin and Dean must work together to find their way out of the caves and fend off Charlie if they are ever to survive this nightmare.
